The service
marketingideas.ai analyzes a website you submit and generates personalized marketing recommendations drawn from a human-reviewed catalog of tactics. The free tier provides three on-page ideas per analysis. The Pro subscription adds an emailed report with 15+ ideas and the option of a fresh report every month.
Your account
Sign-in is by email magic link. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping access to that inbox secure.
Pro subscription and billing
- Pro costs $100 per month, billed by Stripe until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account page via the Stripe billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Pro includes up to 3 manually requested reports per calendar month, plus the optional monthly auto-send.
- Promotional codes (for example, free access with the Marketing Ideas newsletter) are applied at checkout and may be withdrawn for new signups at any time.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Email tom@marketingideas.com with your reason for cancelling, and we'll process it from there.
Acceptable use
- Only submit websites you are entitled to analyze — your own, your employer's, or publicly available sites for legitimate research.
- No automated scraping of the service, no attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls, and no resale of the service's output as your own product.
Recommendations are suggestions, not promises
Recommendations are generated with AI from public information about the website you submit. They are ideas to evaluate, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for your situation, or any marketing outcome. Verify facts and use your own judgment before acting on any recommendation.
Intellectual property
The tactic catalog, product, and site content belong to Marketing Ideas. The recommendations generated for your website are yours to use in your own marketing.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
